The following information will save time and will help make sure that you get exactly what you're looking for:

Current Process

What is the current process or software that you are looking to improve? It is helpful to know how you are currently operating so that we can be sure to account for all affected parties and systems.

Proposed Process

How would you like the process/software to work in an ideal situation?

Login Credentials

What are the usernames and passwords that we will need to perform the enhancements? It is usually easiest to create a user specifically for development.

Documentation Preferences

How detailed do you need your documentation to be? The time spent writing documentation about the enhancements will be billed at the same rate as the enhancement itself.

Location Independence

Can the work be performed remotely? If the work must be performed on-site or if an in-person orientation is necessary, expenses for modest travel arrangements will be billed. Travel time will be billed at the same rate as the enhancement and all travel is subject to availability.
